Returns & Exchange Policy

Here at The Black Caddie, we understand that shopping for clothing online can be a bit uncertain when you can’t try the products on. To ensure your satisfaction, we have established a straightforward and convenient returns & exchange policy. This policy enables you to receive a full refund, exchange, or online store credit for any products that may not meet your expectations.

Initiating a Return

If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, follow these steps to begin the return process:

  1. Access our dedicated returns portal, the Black Caddie Returns Center.
  2. Submit the required information about your order to initiate the return.
  3. Upon review, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for the return process.

Return Shipping

For customers within the United States, we offer free return labels within 10 days of receiving your order. Beyond this period, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. For all other scenarios, we handle each situation on a case-by-case basis, always striving to assist our valued customers.

Eligibility and Conditions

For a seamless returns experience, keep the following in mind:

    • Damaged or Defective Products: Notify us within 7 days of receiving the order for damaged or defective items. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in the order not being eligible for replacement.
    • Return Timeframe: Items can be returned for a store credit or exchange if returned past the 10-day point of purchase, within 30 days from the original purchase date. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
    • Condition of Items: Returned items must be in new condition, with intact tags, and not worn. We cannot accept items damaged due to poor packing.
    • Bundle and Deal Exclusions: Discounted bundles and product deals are not eligible for exchange or return, except in cases of a mistake made on our part. 
    • Discounted Orders: Orders with discounts are eligible for exchange or online store credit only within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not applicable for discounted orders.

Ensure your return includes the following information:

    • Full Name
    • Approved RMA Information
    • Desired Items for Exchange with Sizing Details
